Meet John Bissell
John Bissell was raised on cattle ranches in New Mexico and Arkansas, graduated grade school at Army & Navy Academy in Carlsbad, CA, served in the USAF, was engaged in law enforcement as a sworn officer & Detective for 12 years until retired from job incurred injuries in 1975, worked from 1976 through 1990 providing covert investigations for small police and Sheriffs offices in California, New Mexico, Arizona and Idaho, received a PhD in Psychology from the Harrington Institute at Oxford Universities in 2000, was engaged in private practice until 2015 when he retired to a 40 acre hobby farm in remote Graham Co. Arizona.
